We aim to ship same-day for all orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your Ninja Jug for any reason, you can send it back to us and, once we get it, we will refund you in full.

Returning your jug is easy - simply email us at help@ninjajug.com and we'll guide you through the process.
