Refund policy

If you’re not happy with your Ninja Jug for any reason, you can ask to return it within 90 days and receive a full refund.

The only terms and conditions are that:

• You submit a refund request within 90 days from the date of shipment to you.
• The jug is not damaged.

Returning your device is free and easy - simply email us at help@ninjajug.com or request a return through your custsomer account and we'll guide you through the process.

Warranty

If you have any fault with your jug within 12 months of purchase, please contact us for a replacement.  If you have the Ninja Jug Advantage subscription, please contact us any time for a replacement.
